merry christmas to us...

so i'm playin hooky today cuz we're getting our new windows put in! (any excuse to stay home from work right?)

so right now, i'm freeeeeezing because three windows are getting removed and new ones put in. (the front one in the livingroom b/c it was so kindly broken by vandals, the upstairs bedroom cuz it was junk and we ripped it out, AND the bathroom! (for any of you who've used the bathroom, you'll know what i mean when i say that you no longer have to stand up and hit your shoulder or head on the open window.)

and as dumb as this may sound... the new windows are beautiful! i don't even want to put curtains back up! AND as an extra bonus, they took off the "lovely" awning over the front window.
